Currently a new technology has been deployed on the Wartsila 18V32 series engines, allowing for a 71% reduction in the heavy bunker C fuel that they use. This has also allowed for a 83% reduction in the carbon foot print of these engines
The NHF has recently completed tests on the Eagle Research, Water Torch.
During our test, the unit consumed 3214 watts of energy during a 1 hour test
providing 1636 liters of gas during that period.
